Workshop Registration & Cancellation Policy

The $5 reservation fee is non-refundable. It reserves your place in the workshop and allows me to prepare materials and manage class size.

If you purchase a Take-Home Art Kit or Pay It Forward registration and need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.

• If your kit has not yet been prepared, the kit portion of your registration may be refunded.

• If your kit has already been prepared, your registration is non-refundable. You are welcome to pick up your kit after the workshop or arrange to have it shipped at your expense.

If You Can't Attend

Life happens. If you find you're unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. While the reservation fee is non-refundable, early notice may allow someone on the waiting list to participate.

If I Need to Cancel

If a workshop must be canceled due to illness, severe weather, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all registration fees, including your reservation fee, or you may choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop, if available.

Thank you for understanding. These policies help me prepare each workshop while keeping Wings Aflutter workshops welcoming and sustainable.

We hold space where creativity, curiosity, and kindness come first.

Everyone is welcome here, regardless of age, background, experience, identity, or ability. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or have been creating for years, you'll be treated with respect and encouraged to create in your own way.

Please help make this a welcoming space by treating others with kindness, respecting personal boundaries, and celebrating the unique ideas and perspectives each person brings.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone whose behavior makes others feel unsafe or prevents others from enjoying the workshop may be asked to leave without a refund.

We all have different stories, different abilities, and different ways of creating. Tere is no "right way" to make art. There is only the joy of creating together.
